Civic Force’s Executive Director Receives Women’s Award

Civic Force’s Executive Director, Kaori Neki, was awarded Saga Prefecture’s Women’s Award. The Women’s Award recognizes individuals and organizations that are working toward solving community challenges.

Ms. Neki was nominated for her effective assistance work and contribution to evacuation centers supplies distribution.  She received the award on March 18 from Governor Yamaguchi.

Based in Saga, Civic Force maintains a disaster assistance hub that provides basic necessities including personal hygiene items to people in need during non-emergency times. Civic Force continues to build partnerships with local municipalities and organizations to strengthen disaster preparedness.
